Shipping policy

We offering shipping through USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. UPS and FedEx may also be available. 

Orders typically ship within three days of purchase. Once the package is received by the carrier, please refer to the tracking code and it's arrival information. 

Express shipping for plants is excluded. Live plants ship at buyer's risk. Check your weather conditions before ordering plants. While we do our best to properly pack our plants, plant boxes may not survive exposure to extreme heat or cold. Guarantees apply only to express or local delivery.
